I was initially worried about any issues during shipping, but I received it in just a week. The mug looks exactly like the picture, if not even better in person. I simply couldn't resist such a beautiful butterfly mug. Overall, I’m very satisfied!

The actual product is crystal-clear and very beautiful. I bought two, and one broke, but the seller sent a replacement and included a small gift. The service was great. The cup is quite light, making it perfect for drinking juice.
